customer Services, Payment Terms, Representations and Warranties, Terms of
Use, and other important information. As a new customer you will be
required to return to us an original signed copy of this Agreement, so you
should review them carefully.

We are determined to prevent fraudulent credit card use. Hence, we require all of our customers billed by credit card to return to us an original signed copy of the Credit Card Billing Authorization Agreement. If you are planning on using a credit card as payment for services, please review this document carefully.
